Lobo Workshop Pty. Ltd. is registered in Australia under ABN 86 609 185 837 and operates from Lobo Workshop, 515 Carool Rd, Carool, NSW 2486, AUSTRALIA. 

We care about our customers and we will always ensure an easy solution to any problem that may arise. In order to be clear, we have featured our basic guidelines on this page. 

Up to 8 weeks. We will contact you once your piece is ready for collection or delivery.

Our pieces are made to order and we cannot offer a refund on purchases if you change your mind. If there is a quality issue please send us an image and a description of the issue and we will work with you to find a solution. 

If you purchase existing stock from Lobo, you can exchange it within 14 days of date of purchase or we can issue a credit note. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Lobo offers shipping Australia-wide, or you can collect for free from our workshop in Carool, NSW. For worldwide shipping, please contact us at sales@loboworkshop.com.au for a custom quote. We cannot take responsibility for any breakage during transport.

All orders placed with Lobo are subject to acceptance and availability. Our products are made to order.

Full payment is required when purchasing our products online. 

Structural - All structures carry a 2-year warranty under normal use. Structures are thoughtfully engineered and processed with CnC technology, providing accurate frames and surfaces by marrying real joinery with modern manufacturing. 

Upholstery - 12 month Upholstery Workmanship Warranty. ​12 month Limited warranty on Foam and Seat Webbing. All fabrics used are commercially rated and are stain resistant, fade resistant and survives daily wear and tear.

Timber Finishes - 12 month Surface Warranty. All coatings are water based and seal the entire structure.
